To be able to realise this the existing benefits get inventoried via an informative audit.

In this audit all parameters are determined, important for an automatic administrative processing of the monthly personnel files. Each change is detected by MyBen and passed on to the involved insurers.

A flawed administration after all can make your benefit taste “sour”, which of course is not the intention.

Every change is fed back to the employee and the HR department via an automatic mail. In this way the personnel data are also correctly kept up and optimized.

The content of the communication is determined by the HR department, in consultation with Partner in Benefits. A new employee can be referred to an existing broker or to the services of HR.

The pricing is transparent and concerns a fee per month.
